Video Insert

The Video Insert is designed to hold two videos inside a Double D or Eurobox. By holding the videos firmly against the back wall of the box, the rest of the capacity can be used for papers, Tab Files or Compact Boxes.

Available for the 50, 60, 70 and 80mm boxes, the 30mm taken up by the Video Insert leaves the balance of the capacity spare.

A Cassette Holder can be welded between the two videos to complete the pack.

Ideal for training, promotional and educational packs. The Video Insert is only manufactured in medium weight polypropylene.

The Video Box holds a standard VHS video. Decorated, it becomes a useful promotional pack, but it can also be used to house video's with the Video Inserts in Euroboxes.

Tab Files

Tab Files are designed to go into either the A4 Eurobox or the Double D Box to hold loose papers. They can be safely removed and used as files or, being tabbed, can be used as dividers in the Eurobox.

Tab Files come in gangs of 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 and can be printed on the tabs. If mixed colours of polypropylene are required, this can be achieved in certain combinations.

When using the Tab File outside the Eurobox, a prong and compressor can be fitted to hold punched papers.

CAUTION - if printing is required on both sides of the Tab File, the translucency of the material would normally allow the print to show through. If two sided print is required, extra dense pigment would have to be used and this would be a minimum millmake.

Tab Files are only made in light weight polyproylene.

Weld-in Diskette

The Weld-in Diskette Holder is designed to be welded inside the front cover of the folder. It holds one or two 3.5" diskettes and helps protect them in transit.

Available in light weight polypropylene.

Diskette Boxes

The Diskette Box is a small pack for holding 3.5" diskettes. Robust in medium weight polypropylene, it protects diskettes in transit, whilst in light weight polypropylene it makes an ideal storage system.

The Diskette Box is manufactured in three capacities for 2, 3 or 5 diskettes.

Audio Cassette Boxes

The Audio Cassette Boxes will take unboxed or boxed cassettes. They can be used as stand-alone packaging or can be ultrasonically welded into the Double D or Eurobox.

Available in light or medium weight polypropylene.

Business Card Holder

The Business Card Holder is a simple way of holding or packaging most sizes of business cards. It is ideal as a promotional gift, packaging or just storage.

Manufactured in light weight polypropylene only.

Poly-P Business Cards

Practically indestructible, waterproof business cards that will make sure whoever gives them out will never be forgotten! Sized 85mm x 54mm they can be manufactured in light or medium weight polypropylene and can be silked screen printed with company details and logos.

CD Binders & Pockets

The CD Binders have been designed to provide CD's and CD ROM's with the maximum protection in the minimum space. They are fitted with special safety sleeves which have title pockets on the back. All binders have wrap-around title pockets on the spine and tongued flaps to keep them securely closed.

CD Binders are manufactured in medium weight polypropylene.

There are three sizes of CD Binders holding 10, 20 or 40 CD's. The CD20 and CD40 are ideal for archival storage, whilst the CD10 is perfect for day to day CD usage.

There are three common pockets housing CDs, paper with acetate covered aperture and gummed flap, polypropylene with binding edge and tuck in flap.

Jewel Case Holders

The Jewel Case Holder is designed to hold one or two CDs in their jewel cases. The special lock over clips hold the case very securely, whilst the body can be punched to go into a ring binder. The holder will also fit into the Compact and E type Boxes, allowing papers to be packed with the CD

Available 2-up in A4 size or 1-up in A5 size.Only manufactured in medium weight polypropylene. A simple answer to a regular problem.

The Cd Holder is a single sheet of polypropylene plattened out in such a way that it grips the CD to prevent it falling out but does not distort or bend the CD. The Holder can be punched for inclusion in ring binders or fits into boxes and many files and folders.

A4 & A5 Poly-P Sheets

Poly-P Sheets are light or medium weight polypropylene cut to A4 (297 x 210) or A5 (210 x 149) size. When punched can be wire bound or plastic bound creating hardwearing and attractive covers for presentations, quotations etc. Nine opaque colours, six translucent colours and sparkly and pearlescent varieties available as well.
